1. Project Associate VI

Experience: 14+ years of progressive senior level management and organizational experience, of which ten years must be specialized in a mutually agreed field of endeavor.

Functional Responsibility: Responsible for the effective assessment of the approach taken or proposed to be utilized in executing an effort dealing with his field of endeavor or an associated field. Works closely with assigned Program Managers, Task Leaders and other Team Members in ensuring that focus is maintained on problem solution and task completion. Participates in program/in-process reviews with the Customer and the Team; serves as the macro- technical point of contact with the Customer.  Provides expert guidance at the highest expert/intellectual levels.

Education: MS degree in an associated technical discipline or the equivalent years in experience.

 

2. Project Associate V

Experience: 16 years of experience in emergency management, threat/hazards analysis, vulnerability/risk assessment, security management, occupational and industrial safety, fire protection, program audits and evaluations, strategic, tactical, and operational level planning, program/project management.

Functional Responsibility: Develop, coordinate and implement solutions to emergency management, security, and occupational and industrial safety issues.  Conduct program audits and evaluations; perform strategic, tactical, and operational level planning, program/project management.  Provide technical support services.

Education: B.S. or B.A. degree in an associated technical discipline or the equivalent years in experience.

 

3. Project Associate IV

Experience: 14 years of experience in emergency management, threat/hazards analysis, vulnerability/risk assessment, security management, occupational and industrial safety, fire protection, program audits and evaluations, strategic, tactical, and operational level planning, program/project management.

Functional Responsibility: Develop, coordinate and implement solutions to emergency management, security, and occupational and industrial safety issues.  Conduct program audits and evaluations; perform strategic, tactical, and operational level planning, program/project management.  Provide technical support services.

Education: B.S. or B.A. degree in an associated technical discipline or the equivalent years in experience.

 

4. Project Associate III

Experience: 12 years of experience in emergency management, threat/hazards analysis, vulnerability/risk assessment, security management, occupational and industrial safety, fire protection, program audits and evaluations, strategic, tactical, and operational level planning, program/project management.

5. Program Manager II

Experience: 12 years of experience in emergency management, threat/hazards analysis, vulnerability/risk assessment, security management, occupational and industrial safety, fire protection, program audits and evaluations, strategic, tactical, and operational level planning, program/project management.

Functional Responsibility: Develop, coordinate and implement solutions to emergency management, security, and occupational and industrial safety issues.  Conduct program audits and evaluations; perform strategic, tactical, and operational level planning, program/project management.  Provide technical support services.

Education: B.S. or B.A. degree in an associated technical discipline or the equivalent years in experience.

 

6. Program Manager I

Experience: 10 years of experience in emergency management, threat/hazards analysis, vulnerability/risk assessment, security management, occupational and industrial safety, fire protection, program audits and evaluations, strategic, tactical, and operational level planning, program/project management.

Functional Responsibility: Develop, coordinate and implement solutions to emergency management, security, and occupational and industrial safety issues.  Conduct program audits and evaluations; perform strategic, tactical, and operational level planning, program/project management.  Provide technical support services.

Education: B.S. or B.A. degree in an associated technical discipline or the equivalent years in experience.

 

7. Project Manager

Experience: Eight years of experience in emergency management, threat/hazards analysis, vulnerability/risk assessment, security management, occupational and industrial safety, fire protection, program audits and evaluations, strategic, tactical, and operational level planning, program/project management.

Functional Responsibility: Develop, coordinate and implement solutions to emergency management, security, and occupational and industrial safety issues.  Conduct program audits and evaluations; perform strategic, tactical, and operational level planning, program/project management.  Provide technical support services.

Education: B.S. or B.A. degree in an associated technical discipline or the equivalent years in experience.

 

8. Senior Quality Engineer

Experience: Minimum of ten years of quality assurance / management related experience is required.  Demonstrated ability in leading/supervising a team of quality analysts and effective management interface/reporting.

Functional Responsibility: Serves as the lead quality analyst manager on team effort ensuring that the team is working in concert within the Customer’s internal and required regulatory requirements. Must have demonstrated ability to interface with the customer in an autonomous manner.

Education: B.S. or B.A. Degree or the equivalent years in experience.

 

9. Quality Engineer

Experience: Eight years of quality management experience is required.

Functional Responsibility: Quality management, ISO 9000, ASQC Certified Quality Auditing, ANSI N45.2, NQA-1 Certified Auditing, DOE & NRC quality requirements.

Education: B.S. or B.A. degree in an associated technical discipline or the equivalent years in experience.

 

10. Senior Technical Writer

Experience: Minimum of ten years of technical writing / editing experience is required.  Demonstrated ability in leading/supervising a team of technical writers and effective management interface/reporting.

Functional Responsibility: Serves as the lead technical writer on team effort ensuring that the team’s written products are professionally rendered and technically accurate. Must have demonstrated ability to interface with the customer in an autonomous manner.

Education: B.S. or B.A. Degree or the equivalent years in experience.

 

11. Technical Writer

Experience: Minimum of eight years of technical writing / editing experience is required.

Functional Responsibility: Serves as technical writer on team effort ensuring that the team’s written products are professionally rendered and technically accurate.

Education: B.S. or B.A. Degree or the equivalent years in experience.

 

12. Sr. Administrative Assistant

Experience: Minimum of six years experience in a professional office environment is required. Must have advanced knowledge of word processing and capable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point

Functional Responsibility: Conducts a variety of clerical and administrative activities. Maintains program/project/task files. Plans and coordinates meetings, and makes travel arrangements for staff. Provides word processing/spread sheet/graphics as directed. Provides oversight of administrative activities and other admin personnel. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: H.S. Diploma.

 

13. Administrative Assistant

Experience: Minimum of three years experience in a professional office environment is required. Must have knowledge of word processing and at least two software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point preferred).

Functional Responsibility: Conducts a variety of clerical and administrative activities. Maintains program/project/task files. Plans and coordinates meetings and makes travel arrangements for staff. Provides word processing/spread sheet/graphics as directed; other duties as assigned.

Education: H.S. Diploma.
