Mr. Speigel perfected the art of program execution as a certified emergency manager and certified homeland security manager overseeing multi-million dollar technical and administrative programs worldwide during his 40-year career. Providing direct oversight and program management, Mr. Speigel understands the critical importance of developing systematic, well-designed strategies supported by an uncommon attention to details. When program execution becomes elevated to an art, the required credentials are many. Mr. Speigel’s career has generated an unmatched level of expertise.

Mr. Burns is the creator of the proprietary Essential Security Management_SM System. He has overseen Excalibur's financial operations since 1996 with a strong sense of fiduciary duty. Mr. Burns serves as Executive Director on the Excalibur' Board of Directors. His instinctual leadership and entrepreneurial skills combined with a proven track record equal success – success that has shown itself in the growth and evolution of Excalibur as an employee-owned company.

Throughout his decorated 30+ year military career, Mr. Fitton occupied critical decision-making positions that contributed to the successful response to both strategic and tactical requirements, whether serving in the battlefield, the alternate National Military Command Center, or exercising a decisive role in the Federal Government’s response to events of national significance as the former Director of Military Support. This diverse experience coupled with his leadership position as a current Executive Board member of the National Institute for Urban Search and Rescue and member of numerous Defense Science Board Task Forces make him uniquely qualified to direct Excalibur’s vital government services, while continuing his contribution to enhanced national security.
